Your order is not accepted until Svambeauty confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‐mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. To fulfill your order, we may process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and share it with payment gateway providers and shipping/logistics partners on a contractual basis. You acknowledge that transactional communications (order confirmations, OTPs, delivery updates, and service messages) are essential and cannot be opted out of for an active order. If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded promptly.

Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as specified Shipping charges, duties, or additional fees are borne by the customer Payments must be made through secure, verified third-party payment gateways Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. We do not solicit OTPs, UPI IDs, CVVs, PINs, card numbers, or bank details
We do not call customers offering free gifts, discounts, or payment-related requests
We do not send any private link to make the payment.
We do not accept Cash on delivery (COD)
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
6.1 Shipping Timeline
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe mentioned on the Website. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier performance. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Risk and title of products transfer to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. Please ensure shipping details are accurate and complete.
6.3 Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the package for resolution as per policy.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of personal beauty products, returns and exchanges are limited.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection, within a reasonable timeframe.
