Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SVAM Beauty, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, product safety, and customer satisfaction. Due to the personal-use nature of cosmetic and beauty products, we follow a strict returns and refund policy in accordance with applicable industry hygiene and safety regulations.
1. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened, used, or tampered beauty products.
Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
● The product delivered is damaged at the time of delivery;
● An incorrect product has been received; and/ or
● There are missing items from the order placed.
To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:
● Clear photos or videos (without cuts or breaks in the recording) of the parcel being opened;
● The video must show the package from the moment of receiving it;
● The seal intact, followed by the full opening of the parcel;
● The product exactly as received; and
● The Order ID Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed due to our strict documentation and verification policy.
● Product Modification Policy:
We do not offer product modifications or changes or exchanges (including but not limited to shade, quantity, product type, etc.) once an order has been placed. We request you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. We also do not allow partial returns, replacements, or cancellations of single product purchased as a set/kit.
● Important Note on Shades & Personal Choices: We do not offer exchanges or replacements if the shade or variant does not suit you. We understand that preferences are personal, so we encourage you to carefully review product details before placing your order.
● If the delivery arrives with a broken seal, kindly do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.
● Requests raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Refund Process
Once a return request is reviewed and approved:
● We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product;
● The returned item will undergo a quality inspection;
● Upon successful verification, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment;
● Refunds are typically processed within 6 - 8 working days after inspection approval.
Refund requests may be rejected if:
● The product has been used or opened;
● The packaging appears tampered;
● The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery; or
● Insufficient proof of damage or discrepancy is provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
● Lip products;
● Kajal and eyeliners;
● Complexion products;
● Opened or used products;
● Products purchased during sales or promotional offers;
● Gift cards or vouchers;
● Customized or special-request products, if applicable;
● Free samples, or complimentary items received with an order; and
● Any other products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
4. Cancellations
● Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours from placing the order in any case prior to dispatch of any of the product(s) in an order;
● Once an order has been dispatched/ shipped, cancellation is not permitted;
● Sale/ Promotional Orders - Strict No-Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed during any sale, discount, or promotional event cannot be cancelled under any circumstances;. This applies regardless of order status, processing stage, or payment method.
● If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of an eligible cancellation.
