1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation or successful payment, whichever is later. Please note that processing times may be extended during festive periods, sales events, new product launches, or high-volume order periods.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered in the following manner:
Metropolitan Cities 3–5 business days from successful payment for an order Other Cities 5–8 business days from successful payment for an order Please note that the above is only an estimate and may vary depending on the delivery location and distance.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on product availability, customer’s location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, government restrictions, unforeseen logistical constraints or other constraints beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges
● Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.
● Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or campaigns, subject to eligibility criteria and at the SVAM Beauty’s sole discretion.
● As a welcome gesture, at the discretion of SVAM Beauty, first-time customer enjoy free shipping and a 10% discount on their first order. For all subsequent purchases, shipping charges apply on orders below INR 2500/-.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor the shipment status in real time.
You may also track your order directly on our website using your Order ID.

5. Delivery Issues
In the event that your order is:
● Delivered in a damaged condition;
● Tampered with;
● Lost in transit; or
● Incorrectly delivered;

Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the package for verification in accordance with our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Requests raised beyond this window may not be eligible for resolution. Please note that once order is placed, the same cannot be modified.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout:
● Re-delivery charges will apply and shall be borne by the customer;
● Shipping fees, if paid, are non-refundable.

SVAM Beauty shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
