4. How do I redeem my points?
You can convert your points into discounts:
- 100 points = ₹500 off (on avg order of ₹5,000)
- 200 points = ₹1,000 off (on avg order of ₹10,000)
- 400 points = ₹2,500 off (on avg order of ₹20,000)
Points can be applied during checkout.

Purchases made on any external partner website or store will not be eligible for point accrual. Only purchases made on svambeauty.com will be eligible for point accrual.
12. Will I earn points on a transaction where I am also redeeming my points?
Yes, you will earn points only on the remaining amount paid via cash, card, or UPI. Amounts paid using points, coupons, gift cards, or promotions are not eligible for earning points.
13. Can I return or exchange an item purchased with points?
Yes, items purchased using points can be returned or exchanged as per the brand guidelines.
